Structured Process: A process that Olive Garden does that is pretty much the same every time is their service of customers. When the customers enter the restaurant, they are greeted and seated with their menus, they are allowed a couple minutes to read and decide what they want, their orders are taken and given to the kitchen, they chefs cook the food and its brought to the table, then when they're finished they are handed the check. Then when the customer leaves, the tables are cleaned to repeat the process.
Dynamic Process: A process thats constantly changing for Olive Garden is the way they use their social media (Twitter). They have strong presence on twitter where they constantly post about new promotions going on in the restaurants. They also respond to customers not only to reply to issues, but to also interact in conversations with customers. they thank customers for giving positive feedback, retweet pictures that customers post in their restaurants, conversate with customers and even partake in "trolling" on occasions.
Hardware - Olive Garden uses a hardware system called Ziosk Aurizon. This hardware is placed on every table and is used to order appetizers and drinks, play games and to pay the bill without having to interact with a server.

Data - Olive Garden uses many forms of data. For example, their social media data (twitter) would be how many followers they have (417k) or how many interactions they're involved in in a day.
Procedures - The procedures that Olive Garden uses for their hardware is simple. For the ziosks, they input all their information about food prices and options and download apps for people to play games on it. The ziosks are always on so when the customer is seated they can use it straight away.
People - People are just the workers and managers in Olive Garden that are needed to keep up everyday processes.
